This TWO day workshop is an in depth look at conferring. We will look closely at best practices in conferring. We will really dig down and look at ways to arm ourselves for conferences.  We will look at how your read aloud, mentor texts and personal reader's and writer's notebooks are key to help you become more and more comfortable with the art of conferring.  We will take mentor texts and show you how to create an "at your fingertips" resource to support your conversations with readers.
